 Hand-painted by highly-trained Japanese Artisans

The pen captures the quiet intensity of a tiger poised in the shadows, emerging from a dramatic landscape of shimmering gold and deep charcoal tones. Flowing across the barrel, the powerful feline is rendered with remarkable presence, its focused gaze and muscular form conveying strength, patience, and authority. Intricate ribbon-like patterns and winding pathways weave through the composition, adding movement and visual depth to the design. The contrast between the luminous golden background and the darker sections creates a striking sense of atmosphere, reminiscent of moonlit wilderness scenes. Every angle reveals new details, making this pen a captivating celebration of elegance, power, and the enduring symbolism of the tiger.

About Danitrio Takumi Fountain Pen Series:

The Takumi is a Danitrio series. Takumi means "Craft" in Japanese.

Nib Details:

This pen is furnished with an 18k Gold, two-toned #6 nib. What has been described by many Danitrio collectors as the fireball nib is an image of “Kaen-Kohai” which is a flame-shaped halo of “Fudo Myoo” (Acala, the God of Fire). This halo is commonly painted on the back of Japanese Buddhist statues.

An UrushiPen.com representative will contact you to confirm nib tip size preference (fine, medium, broad, or stub) following the placement of the order.
