Shipping policy

UrushiPen aims to get the products to you as quick as possible.

Normal processing times are between 1-3 business days and shipping times are between 3-5 business days for domestic shipments.

Some products may not be stored at UrushiPen and, instead, may be stored at our pen supplier's warehouse; in these cases, it is possible that there may be 7-10 business days of additional processing time needed to account for the pen supplier's processing time and shipment of the pen to UrushiPen.

Some products may be at a pen show and, therefore, may require additional time to process as the pens will need to make it back to the warehouse before it can be fulfilled and shipped.

For international shipments, the shipping times can vary and can largely depend on processing at customs.

For Pre-Orders, the aforementioned processing times do not apply. Lead times will be estimated and communicated by UrushiPen either via email or on the corresponding product page. See Pre-Orders Terms & Conditions for details.

Please note that during COVID and holidays, these times can also vary as the availability of supplies can sometimes be limited and shipping carrier services can be delayed.

UrushiPen is not responsible for items lost by the shipping carrier and/or shipments to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
