 Hand-painted by highly-trained Japanese Artisans

This pen was inspired by the legend of Kinko Sennin which story was believed to be originated in China but carried over to Japan. Kinko Sennin was a Daoist Sage who was a master artist at painting fish. He was friendly with fish his entire life and was later invited to the dragon king palace. A giant carp was sent to him so that he could ride it as transport for this visit (as illustrated on this pen). On his return from the palace, he meets the god of mercy who provides him a scroll that enlightens him on Buddhist principles.

About Danitrio Genkai Series:

The owner of Danitrio had called this series of pens "Genkai", meaning "limit" in Japanese. The intent was that this would be the largest pen series of Danitrio and no other pen would be larger than it. Little did he know that later on he would develop a series with an even larger pen called the Yokozuna.
